Financial and administrative support

We offer a lump sum of financial support to the partners who is planning and hosting the course or workshop. The lump sum should cover expenses to time spent on planning of the course.

To foster collaboration between our research institutions we offer more funding if the course or workshop involve more partners. If two or more partners are involved in planning the course the total sum will be increased (up to a maximum of 60.000):

- One single partner: lump sum of 45.000 NOK

- Two partners: lump sum of 25.000 NOK per partner

- Three partners: lump sum of 20.000 NOK per partner

 

In addition to this, we cover:

- Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses for invited national and international lecturers and other contributors

- Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses for participating DIGIT members

- Lunch during the course and one networking dinner for DIGIT members, lecturers, and organizers

- Honorarium for international lecturers

The DIGIT host administration at OsloMet can offer administrative support during planning and execution of the course. We can for example help promote the course across institutions, registration and processing of travel reimbursements.

We invite DIGIT-partners to apply for financial and/or administrative support to develop new DIGIT courses and workshops.

We have two deadlines for course proposals every year: 15 March and 15 October.
