Programme

The day will serve as a midway gathering for the DIGIT community — a space to reconnect, exchange ideas, and reflect on research, career paths, and experiences across cohorts and themes. The aim is to create an engaging and informal meeting place to connect both academically and socially, while strengthening networks within and beyond DIGIT.

The programme will be shaped around contributions from current and former members themselves and will include discussions, presentations, and opportunities for dialogue and collaboration.

We hope you will join us for a day of inspiration, conversation, and connection.

Travel and accommodation

DIGIT will support reasonable travel expenses for participants travelling to Oslo, covering cost-efficient economy travel up to a maximum of NOK 2,800 for the journey itself.

For participants who need to arrive in Oslo the day before in order to attend the programme start at 10:00, accommodation from 25–26 August will be covered. The same applies to participants who are already staying in Oslo in connection with the DIGIT conference. We cover reasonable hotel expenses and recommend either Thon Hotel Europa or Scandic Holberg, both located close to the venue.

Please note that participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel and accommodation in advance. All approved expenses will be reimbursed after the event.
