Content

The yoga sessions are based on MediYoga and offer gentle, mindful movements combined with breathing exercises and short meditations. No previous experience is needed, you simply meet yourself where you are.

We call it office yoga, which means you can join straight from your desk. You’re welcome to sit on a chair or on a yoga mat with a cushion. Most of the practice is done seated.

The 25 minutes are a work-in rather than a workout: a calming pause that helps you reset, soften tension, and return to your day feeling clearer and more grounded. You will not get tired or sweaty.

About MediYoga

MediYoga is a therapeutic form of yoga with roots in traditional yoga, developed in Sweden in collaboration with the healthcare sector. The yoga form is widely used in health institutions in Norway and Sweden. Several positive effects has been documented in various studies.

Tina Svingerud is the administrative coordinator for DIGIT and a certified MediYoga instructor. She holds a PhD in molecular biology and has previously worked as a researcher. She has extensive experience with various mindfulness and presence-based practices.
